Vinton is honoring U.S. Army Air Force Gurnie "Tutie" Joseph Richard today as his procession passes through Vinton on IH 10. Vinton Fire Department will be on Exit 8 and Ward 7 Fire Dept will be on Fabacher @ approximately 4:00-5:30PM
