PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

 

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for a new truck with grapple attachment and dump body will be received by the Town of Vinton, Louisiana, until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 18, 2009, at the Town Hall, 1200 Horridge Street, Vinton, Louisiana, at which time said bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.  Bids which are received after the above specified time will not be considered.

 

General specifications may be examined at the Vinton Town Hall, 1200 Horridge Street, Vinton, Louisiana.  Copies of said instrument may be obtained upon request.

 

The Town of Vinton reserves the right to waive any irregularities contained in any bid proposal, and to reject any and all bids.
