The Governing
Authority of the Vinton Public Power Authority was convened in regular session
in the Town Hall, Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at approximately 7:30 P.M. after
full compliance as to notice and otherwise in respect to convening of said
meeting with the following members present:

Bliss
Bujard, Director
Karen
Douglass, Director
William
“BB” Loyd, Director
Kevin
Merchant, Director
Edward
J. Vice, Director
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT:
Melba
Landry, Secretary
President Stinson called the meeting to order.
It was moved by
Director Douglass to authorize the Treasurer to pay the bills for the
month. The motion was seconded by
Director Loyd and carried.
Coy Vincent, CPA
presented the 2006 Audit to the governing authority. He stated that VPPA is in great financial
condition and was given a clean opinion.
After
presentation, it was moved by Director Douglass to accept the 2006 Audit as
presented. The motion was seconded by
Director Merchant and carried.
There being no
further business to come before the Governing Authority, it was moved
by Director Bujard that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Director Merchant
and carried.
