Vinton, Louisiana

April 6, 2009

The Mayor and Council of the Town of Vinton, Louisiana, met in special session at the regular meeting place of said Mayor and Council, in the Town Hall, Vinton, Louisiana, at 5:30 P.M., on the 6^th day of April, 2009, after full compliance with all requirements as to notice and otherwise in respect to convening of said meeting with the following members present:

Kenneth O. Stinson, Mayor

Bliss Bujard, Council Member

Harold R. Douga, Council Member

William “BB” Loyd, Council Member

Kevin Merchant, Mayor-Pro-Tem

Edward J. Vice, Council Member

ABSENT: None

ALSO PRESENT: Coy Vincent, CPA and Thad Minaldi, Town Attorney

Kenneth Stinson, Mayor called the meeting to order and reported that the purposes of the meeting were as follows:

1. To discuss and/or transact business pertinent to 2008 Audit presentation.

Coy Vincent, CPA presented the 2008 Audit to the governing authority.

After discussion, it was moved by Council Member Bujard to accept the 2008 Audit as presented. The motion was seconded by Council Member Loyd and the vote cast thereon was as follows:

YEAS: Council Members Bujard, Douga, Loyd, Merchant & Vice

NAYS: None

ABSENT: None

There being no further business to come before the governing authority, it was moved by Council Member Loyd that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Council Member Merchant and carried.
